Terms and Conditions

• All operators must be a minimum of 19 years of age and posses a valid driver’s license.
• All operators must sign the mandatory waiver of liability and rental contract.
• No towing, no beaching, and no docking of jet skies.
• A $1000 security deposit  per jet ski which can be paid by Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
• A charge of $200 is applied for any type of rescue not related to mechanical error.
• A $75 charge per infraction (not following the accepted rules given.)
• All long weekend prices are considered the same as the weekend price, and the difference in price will be received in person.
