Terms and Conditions

Rental Conditions:

• The rental customer is over 21 years of age and has a Canadian boating license or has reviewed and signed the rental boat safety checklist.
• The rental customer will keep the boat within the waters of Cooks Bay 
• The rental customer listed above will be the only operator of the pleasure craft.
• The rental customer will use only gasoline 91 premium grade.
• The rental Customer accepts full responsibility for the care of the rental equipment and gives the authorization for any damages to the equipment to be charged directly on to their credit card at full retail value and clean condition up to maximum the security deposit amount. 
• $50 booking deposit is not refundable you can only reschedule
